Dr Hannah Sugarman
DClinpsy., MSc., BSc., (UK), CPsychol. Hannah is a UK-trained Clinical Psychologist who has worked in mental health for number of years across a range of different settings, and has a special interest in the link between physical and mental health. She has experience working in inpatient, outpatient and community settings. She is experienced in working with a range of difficulties including low mood, stress and a range of problems linked to anxiety. Hannah works with adults. In individual therapy, Hannah uses cognitive behavioural therapy, integrating this with techniques from other models including acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness and motivational interviewing. Hannah is eager to ensure that the therapy fits the client, rather than the opposite; she will work with you to tailor the therapy to your needs and goals. She also has training and experience in neuropsychological assessments, and a special interest in physical health conditions and the interface between physical and mental health. Hannah is a chartered member of the British Psychological Society and is registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (UK). Hannah offers 60 minute sessions for individuals. She has a 24-hour cancellation policy. |
