Keff Wong graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. Having worked in a large private sport physiotherapy & medical group and a Pilates & Gyrotonic Studio she has extensive clinical experience in treating orthopaedic and sports injuries, post-surgery patients and ante/ post-natal cases.
She is a qualified Pilates clinician by Dance Medicine Australia Level 1-4 (2003) and Polestar Pilates for Rehabilitation Level 1-6 (2011) and is also certified in GYROTONIC® Level I (2012) as well as being a certified yoga instructor by Australian Training for Fitness Professionals (2004).
She has extensive training in teaching ante/ post-natal exercises and treating pregnancy related back pain, diastasis recti and urinary incontinence in women as well as providing exercise therapy, especially core stability training for neck and back problems/ scoliosis, postural re-education and motor control.
Keff's other special interest and skill is in acupuncture therapy. She has diplomas in Acupuncture and Moxibustion from the Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the University of Hong Kong.
Keff believes that core stability and motor control is the key to preventing injury and degeneration and good health requires the body and mind to be balanced. She tries her best to combine all her knowledge and experience to design the most suitable and efficient rehabilitation program to help her clients.
She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin and enjoys hiking, long distance running, swimming, Pilates, meditation and traveling in her leisure time.
