Additionally, her passion lies in motivational interviewing to work with all clients with compassion and collaboration spirit of Motivational Interviewing (MI). She is passionate about community mental health and has working experience in various settings including NGOs, Schools, Multi-disciplinary teams, and Private practice in India, the USA and Hong Kong. She is a certified grief counselor and also effectively works with the elderly population. Ms Verma’s specialized education and experience as a School Counsellor supports her expertise in working with young children and teens embedded in the family system approach along with interpersonal therapy. She is passionate about delivering psychoeducation to parents and teachers for all school-related issues including Autism, ADHD, self-harm, self-esteem, family communication, peer conflicts, and academic pressure.
